We are committed to supporting you in delivering great care to our members. To help us reach our goal of ongoing improvement, please share your feedback to help us better serve you.

Starting in June 2023, randomly selected providers will receive the annual Provider Satisfaction Survey. The survey is conducted by SPH Analytics (SPH), an independent research firm.

If you receive this survey, please take a few minutes to complete and respond via mail, online or phone. 

Your responses will help us to:

  • Measure how well we provide services to providers.
  • Direct administrative and operational changes to the plans.
  • Identify areas for improvement as well as strengths.

On April 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release, providing an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. Given the size of the data impacted, the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is expected to take several months. UnitedHealth Group believes this situation will impact “a substantial proportion of people in America” and is offering immediate credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions.
