Welcome to the Navigating Help and Resources training video!
Help content is available via the Help button, which is located in the same location throughout the entire site for easy access.
After clicking Help, simply select a topic of interest. You will notice that when you change topics, the questions change as well. You can further narrow things down by selecting an issue. Clicking on a question will display the answer to that question.
If your inquiry isn’t answered via the pre-populated questions and answers, users can access contact information for WellCare from this area as well. After selecting the topic and issue, a link to Click Here for Contact Information displays.
Once the user selects this link, they will then need to select a state and line of business. Once that is done, a Call Us icon appears on the right hand side of the screen. Clicking that will display the number to call WellCare. This is the specific number for the plan that the user selected.
Chat
Users will also be able to access a WellCare representative via Live Chat if it is enabled for their plan. If Live Chat is available, it will display here. Once the user initiates a live chat session, a window will open in which they can type their question, which will then be routed to the appropriate WellCare representative.
FAQs
Other help is available via Frequently Asked Questions on the homepage and users can view the full set of FAQs from the homepage by selecting the View All link.
Additional Resources
Additional resources such as the Provider Manual, quick reference guide and resource guides are available on the portal home page as well. These documents can be downloaded, saved and printed.
Training
Users can also navigate to training section of the website. In this area, users will have access to training modules that are available for their line of business. For example, training such as Provider Orientation, Cultural Competency and Model of Care can be found here.
